Surprisingly, I have not seen any reference to an Inv. H&S that is active on S&P. I am sure many have seen it, but I am yet to see it mentioned in places that I have visited
1. everything is theoretical, theory and reality are very different things
2. in reality, even if a pattern works, that is a big IF, one needs to monitor, adapt and adjust
3. I point to a potential setup (emphasis potential), there is a big difference between potential and achievement. I am not saying whether something will or will not happen
4. when you say rarely, do you have any back tested statistics that you can share with us to substantiate your claim?

If I may make 4 points:
1. everything is theoretical, theory and reality are very different things
